At Archives Of Andersen (AOA), we take care to package and ship every order with attention to detail. Please review our shipping policy below.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received.
  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on holidays.
  • During product launches, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United States.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (when available)

Please note that delivery estimates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.

International Shipping

Archives Of Andersen offers international shipping to select countries.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • VAT or other government fees

These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are determined by the destination country.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information, when available.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier's system.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Archives Of Andersen is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier disruptions
  • Customs processing
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should first contact the shipping carrier directly.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the claim and work with you to find a resolution.

Pre-Orders and Made-to-Order Items

If an item is listed as pre-order or made-to-order, estimated shipping timelines will be stated on the product page. These items may require additional processing time before shipment.
